PLASTICISERS PLASTICISER STANDARD PSTD PSTD is a powerful plasticiser it can be used to improve workability without the addition of extra water, or to allow reductions in the free water content of the concrete mix. The primary use of this product is to increase and extend workability, increase of compressive strength, to reduce water contents in hot weather concreting. PSTD is used in pre-stressed concrete, in areas of congested reinforcement, in precast concrete manufacturing, wherever reduced water contents would be of benefit to reduce permeability and increase strength, in concrete block and brick manufacturing and has many other useful applications. The product is compatible for use with all types of Portland cement including sulphate resisting. Standards: ASTM C494: Types A & D BS 5075: Part 1 WRC- use in potable water Packaging: PSTD is packed in 210 litre Drums PLASTICIZER PN390 PN390 is water reducing multi dosage plasticiser to produce low slump loss flowable concretes chloride free. PN390 is formulated for use over a wide range of dosage, it can match the performance characteristics of many superplasticisers at lower dosage and cost. at the lower end of the dosage range PN390 will substantially increase and extend workability of a given water cement ratio. Alternatively, the water cement ratio can be reduced whilst maintaining a given slump. At higher dosage rates PN390 will enable water reductions and the production of flowing concrete normally only available from superplasticisers. The primary use of PN390 is by commercial ready-mix operators who can benefit from its multiple characteristics and minimising cost PN390 is used in pre-stressed concrete, in areas of congested reinforcement, in precast concrete manufacturing, wherever reduced water contents would be of benefit to reduce permeability and increase strength, in hot weather concreting where extension of workability and controlled delays to initial set are beneficial, to effect reductions in the water cement ratio enabling high strength and cement economy. The product is compatible for use with all types of Portland cement including SRC and modified type II. SPH-850 considerably improve the properties of fresh and hardened concrete and is chloride free product. SPH-850 primarily used with Micro silica concrete, mass concrete pouring, ready mixed concrete, pumped concrete, casting in hot weather and long-distance transport. SPH-850 used to obtain high workability for longer periods, lower pumping pressure, delayed setting time of concrete, higher strength, reduced permeability and improved durability.
