GROUTS MFG-900T HIGH STRENGTH GROUT MFG-900T is a high strength, non-shrink grout, in powder form ready to use which require only on-site addition of water to produce non shrink grout of high performance. It can be used in any consistency fluid to damp pack, it can be used for bedding, grouting and accurate bearing operations such as Gas or Steam Turbines, Presses, milling machines, Anchor bolts, Generators, Bridge bearing applications and many others. The product has proven performance, non- shrink, excellent workability even at high ambient temperatures, high bond strength to steel and concrete, good impact resistance, early strength development even at fluid consistency and impermeable. MFG-600S is a three component consist of two part epoxy resin and carefully blended aggregate, at high temperature the product provides excellent resistance to creep, high compressive strength, modulus of elasticity and excellent resistance to cracking, the product has good adhesion to steel and concrete, the product is chemically stable for temperature up to 150C, the product also resistance to oil, synthetic lubricants, water and most chemical and cure quickly.
